دور استراتيجية تنمية الموارد البشرية في صناعة التميز السياحي - دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الوكالات السياحية بولاية بومرداس-

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور استراتيجية تنمية الموارد البشرية في صناعة التميز السياحي بالوكالات السياحية لولاية بومرداس، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم توزيع استبيان على عينة تتكون من 30 موظف بـ (10) وكالات سياحية بولاية بومرداس. وقد توصلت الدراسة بعد تحليل البيانات المجمعة باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة وقوية ما بين استراتيجية تنمية الموارد البشرية وصناعة التمييز السياحي بالوكالات السياحية محل الدراسة. Abstract: This study aims to identify the role of the human resources development strategy in the tourism excellence industry in the tourist agencies of Boumerdes Province. To achieve this goal, an information form was distributed to a sample consisting of 30 employees in (10) tourist agencies in Boumerdes Province. After analyzing the data collected using the SPSS program, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a positive and strong correlation between the human resource development strategy and the tourism discrimination industry with the tourism agencies under study.
