Résumé: الملخص : استحدث المؤسس الدستوري بموجب التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 المحكمة الدستورية كبديل عن المجلس الدستوري ، تكلف بضمان احترام الدستور وضبط سير ونشاط السلطات الدستورية ، احتفظ المؤسس الدستوري ببعض مقومات وخصائص المجلس الدستوري ضمن المحكمة الدستورية وفي ذات الوقت ميز هاته الأخيرة بميزات لم تكن موجودة سابقا في المجلس الدستوري سواء من الناحية الوظيفية أو العضوية Abstract: Created by the constitutional founder in the constitutional amendement of 2020 the constitutional court in place of the constitutional council.tasked with ensuring respect for the constitution and controlling the functioning of institutions and the activity of public and constitutional authorities .the constitutional founder preserved some characteristics and components of the constitutional council within the constitutional court .and at the same time he distinguished the constitutional court with many characteristics that were not present in the constitutional council in termes of function and membership
