حماية المرأة من جميع أشكال التمييز في القانون الجزائري والمواثيق الدولية

Résumé: نظرا لمكانة المرأة وأهميتها في الأسرة والمجتمع، ازداد الاهتمام بها وترقية حقوقها في مختلف المجالات الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية وغيرها... وأصبح المجتمع الدولي يناضل من أجل حقوق المرأة و يطالب بالمساواة بينها وبين الرجل في العديد من المجالات، وقد مضت الجزائر على هذا النحو منذ الاستقلال، وعملت جاهدة على حماية المرأة من جميع أشكال التميز من خلال تبني المواثيق الدولية و المصادقة عليها من جهة، وسن قوانين لحمايتها وضمان حقوقها داخل المجتمع من جهة أخرى. Given the status of women and their importance in the family and society, interest in them has increased and the promotion of their rights in various social, political, economic, cultural and other fields... The international community has been striving for women's rights and demanding equality between them and men in many fields, and Algeria has proceeded in this way since independence And she worked hard to protect women from all forms of discrimination by adopting and ratifying international charters on the one hand, and enacting laws to protect them and guarantee their rights within society on the other hand.
