Résumé: this study aims at investing the major obstacles of the pedagogicalaccompaniment for first year university student from the point of view of a sample of students showingdifferent of these obstacles for each of the sex and specialization and determining the major obstacles of the pedagogical accompaniment from the point of view of a sample of supervisors in am attempt to answer the following questions: - What is the level of pedagogical accompaniment obstacles from the point of view of a of the a sample of students? - Are there differences with a statistical significance in the pedagogicalaccompanimentobstacles regarding the sex ? - Are there differences of statistical significance in the pedagogical accompaniment obstacles regarding specialization? - What are the pedagogical accompanimentobstacles from the point of view of a sample of the responsible supervisors? - What are the pedagogical accompanimentobstacles from the point of view of a sample of supervising( teacher supervisions) ? And referring on a sample of (660)first year students at the ofkasidi, MarbahUniversity ofworgla, 20responsible supervisors and 100 associate teacher. We used the descriptive exploratory methodology and. We adopted data collection tool, "a questionnaire of pedagogic constraints from the students' perspective". The questionnaire "The obstacles about the pedagogical accompanimentobstacles from the students point view done by the two researchers " and a questionnaire about "The pedagogical accompanimentobstacles from the teacher supervisions from and a from about thepedagogical accompanimentobstacles from point of view of theresponsible supervisors done by two researchers. Results have resulted: The existence of obstacles related topsychological side,technical andmethodological professional media and administrative, pedagogical, from the students' point of view. - Theabsence ofdifferences with statistical significance in the pedagogical accompaniment of the students of the first year of the university sity students with sex difference . - Theabsence of differences with a statistical significance in the pedagogic accompanimentof the students of the first year of the university sity students with specializationdifference . - The major pedagogical accompanimentobstacle refer to the ofresponsible supervising. - The major pedagogical accompanimentobstacles referof the teacher supervising.
