Résumé: أهتم كثير من الباحثين في مجال علم النفس والتربية بموضوع الاتصال التربوي القائم بين الأولياء والأساتذة، نظرا لأهميته المتمثلة في ارتباطه الوثيق بين مختلف المتغيرات كالسلوك السلبي داخل المؤسسة أو القسم نفسه، ويعتبر الإتصال الدائم بين الأولياء والأساتذة طريقة ناجعة للحدّ من السلوك السلبي لدى التلاميذ، والمساعدة على خلق جو من الطمأنينة في الوسط التربوي عموما، وسنحاول في بحثنا هذا الكشف عن الفروق في اتجاهات الأساتذة حول دور الإتصال التربوي في الحدّ من السلوك السلبي التلاميذ حسب متغيري الجنس وسنوات التدريس، وقد اتّبعنا المنهج الوصفي، واخترنا عينة متكونة من مائة (100) أستاذ وفق طريقة المسح الشامل، واعتمدنا الإستمارة، لنصل في الأخير إلى التحقّق من صحة فرضيات البحث.Many researchers in the field of psychology and education have been interested in the subject of educational communication between parents and professors, due to its importance represented in its close association between various variables, such as negative behavior within the institution or department itself and permanent communication between parents and teachers is an effective way to reduce negative behavior among students and help create an atmosphere of reassurance in the educational environment in general, and we will try in this research to detect differences in teachers attitudes about the role of educational communication in reducing negative behavior among students according to gender variables and years of teaching, and we have followed the descriptive approach, and we have chose a sample of one hundred(100) professors according to the comprehensive survey method, and we have adopted the form, to finally reach the realization of the research hypotheses .
