الاتصال التربوي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط وفق الخصائص الديمغرافية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الفروق في الاتصال التربوي من حيث الجنس والمادة التعلمية والمؤهل العلمي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ببعض متوسطات ولاية تيزي وزو. وتكونت عينة الدراسة 60 أستاذا وأستاذة من التعليم المتوسط .وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي بالاعتماد على استبيان الاتصال التربوي. وكشفت الدراسة عن :- وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات الذكور ومتوسط درجات الإناث لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط في الاتصال التربوي.-وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات الآداب ومتوسط درجات العلوم لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط في الاتصال التربوي.-وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات شهادات أخرى ومتوسط درجات جامعي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط في الاتصال التربوي. الكلمات المفتاحية: اتصال؛ اتصال التربوي؛ أساتذة تعليم متوسط . Abstract: The current study aims to identify the differences in educational communication in terms of gender, learning material, and educational qualification of professors of intermediate education with some averages of the state of Tizi Ouzou. The sample of the study consisted of 60 professors and professors from the intermediate education. The descriptive approach was used using the educational communication questionnaire. The study revealed: - There are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of males and the average of female grades among teachers of intermediate education in educational communication. Average degrees of other certificates and average of college degrees for teachers of intermediate education in educational communication.
