Etude Des Compléments Alimentaires À Base De Magnésium

Résumé: Magnesium-based food supplements are food stuffs used to fill a nutritional deficiency and maintain body homeostasis. In this work, a listing of magnesium supplementation was monitored and inventoried to study some officinal aspects in the pharmacies of the city of Mila during the current year. The inventory of our listing shows good availability during the three months (March, April, May), in addition, the products of our listing are sold in several galenic forms and intended for several age groups. The majority are composed of nutrients (vitamins and minerals) and include magnesium oxide, the first generation salt. The specialties all include the mention "food supplement" on their labeling and come with a large percentage of local production. The frequency according to the total magnesium content is convergent between higher, lower and equal to 300mg. Regarding the delivery and prescription aspects of our supplementation. The latter is delivered mainly by medical prescription and to a lesser extent at the request of the patient, in addition, its use is mainly designated in cases of stress and anxiety. The purchasing power shows a clear increase before the exams, the most recommended duration is one month and the price has an important influence on the purchase of supplements. For the best-selling product, we found “Solyne magnesium”. Finally, we can say that magnesium in the form of a dietary supplement has good medicinal aspects and a supply rich in this element seems effective in overcoming the deficiency and the stress.
