مساهمة الأرشيف العثماني في كتابة تاريخ العلاقات الجزائرية العثمانية في ضوء وثائق خط همايون ودفتر مهم (1519-1830)

Résumé: يعد الأرشيف العثماني التركي رابع دور الأرشيفات العالمية من حيث كمية الوثائق، وقد تم تصنيف 50% من مجموع وثائقه التي تبلغ 150 وثيقة، و هذه الوثائق تتناول مختلف مناحي الحياة الثقافية و السياسية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و الصحية ، و يشمل أيضا تاريخ 36 دولة ، و يعد مصدرا تاريخياً مهما ، لا مندوحة للباحثين في تاريخ الدولة العثمانية عن الرجوع إليه و الاستفادة من مقتنياته. و بالرغم من الأهمية البالغة للأرشيف العثماني و الوثائق التي يحتويها في الفترة الممتدة أربعة قرون، من تاريخ البلاد العربية في الحكم العثماني، فقد كانت تلك الأهمية غائبة عن أنظار كثير من الباحثين. كما أن علاقة هذا الأرشيف بدور الأرشيف العربية كانت غائبة عن أنظار مسؤوليها و أنظار الباحثين بشكل عام. The Turkish Ottoman Archive is the fourth largest repository of documents in the world, with 50% of its documents totaling 150 documents. These documents cover various aspects of cultural, political, economic, and social and health life, including the history of 36 countries, and is an important historical source, it is not allowed for researchers in the history of the Ottoman Empire to return to it and to benefit from its holdings. Despite the great importance of the Ottoman archives and the documents it contains in the four centuries period, from the history of the Arab countries in Ottoman rule, this importance was absent from the eyes of many researchers. The relationship of this archive to the role of the Arab Archive was absent from the eyes of its officials and the eyes of researchers in general.
