Résumé: يعتبر الإصلاح الإداري عنصر مهم داخل المنظومة المؤسساتية، نظرا للدور الذي يلعبه داخل المؤسسات في القطاع العام أو الخاص، وتهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف إلى استطلاع آراء موظفي بعض المؤسسات العمومية داخل ولاية أدرار حول أثر معوقات تطبيق الإصلاح الإداري في القضاء على الفساد، ووصلت الدراسة إلى هناك عدة معوقات: بشرية، إدارية، مالية، وتقنية تقف أمام الإصلاح الإداري في القضاء على الفساد داخل المؤسسات العمومية The administrative reform is considered as a vital element in the institutional system because of the role which plays inside companies whether private or public sectors This paper is a questionnaire which aims to find out the public companies employees' point of views in Adrar about the impacts of the institutional reform obstacles in eradicating corruption This research paper identifies different types of obstacles; human, institutional, financial and technical.
