Résumé: ملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى تناول موضوع مهارات الاتصال بصفة عامة ، ومهارات الاتصال البيداغوجي داخل الصف الدراسي بشكل خاص ،حيث إن الاتصال في العصر الحالي بات ضرورة لابد منها في حياة الإنسان ، سواء كان عاملا أو مسؤولا، أو معلما ،أو متعلما، وبات حاجة لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها ،حيث غدا من أهم وسائل التفاعل بين الناس ،وتوطيد العلاقات وقضاء الحاجات ،وتيسير الخدمات ،ونقل المعارف والمعلومات ،وسادت تطبيقاته مختلف أوجه النشاط الإنساني ،ومن بينه نشاط التربية والتعليم. وبناء على ماتقدم يمكن تناول هذا الموضوع وإسقاطه على ميدان التدريس من خلال التعريف به ،وذكر أهميته وأهدافه ،عناصره ،وأنواعه ،والتركيز على مهارات الاتصال عامة، مهارات الاتصال البيداغوجي بصفة خاصة، وذكر بعض عوائقه ، مع عرض بعض الاقتراحات التي تخدم الموضوع. -الكلمات المفتاحية : المهارة –الاتصال-الاتصال البيداغوجي –الصف الدراسي Résume : The study aimed to address the issue of communication skills in general ,and pedagogical communication skills within the classroom in particular , as communication in the current era has become an imperative in a person´s life, whether it is a worker, official , teacher or educator, and it has become an in dispensable need, as it become one of the most important questions , interacting between people, consol dating relation ships ,eliminating needs, facilitating service , and transferring knowledge and information, and its applications prevail in various aspects of human activity, including the activity of education. Based on the for going , this topic can be addressed by projecting into the field of teaching by introducing it. Its memory, its goals ,its components, its types, and focusing on communication skills general , pedagogical communication skills in particular, an mentioning some of its obstacles , with some suggestions that serve the topic.
