Résumé: الملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة كفاءة إدارة الموارد البشرية في تحقيق التفوق التنافسي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بخنشلة. حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتلاءم مع طبيعة الموضوع لوصف الخلفية النظرية، ثم توجهنا إلى الدراسة الميدانية حيث قمنا بإعداد استبيان يتعلق بدور كفاءة إدارة الموارد البشرية في تحقيق التميز التنافسي وبعد استرجاع وفرز الاستبيانات الموزعة تم تحليلها ببرنامج SPSS وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى: وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية وموجبة بين كفاءة إدارة الموارد البشرية و تحقيق التفوق التنافسي . للمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر عند مستوى المعنوية 0,01. Summary This study aimes to identify the extent to which thé efficiency of human resource management contributes to achieving competitive supériorité in Algeria Telecom Corporation in Khenchela. Wher we relied on the analytical descriptive approach that fits with the nature of the subject to describe the theoretical background, then we went to the field study where we prepared a questionnaire related to the role of human resource management efficiency in achieving competitive excellence and after retrieving and sorting the distributed questionnaires,it was analyzed using thé SPSS program. The existence of a strong and positive corrélation between the efficiency of human resources management and the achievement of competitive superiority for the organization Algeria Telecom at the level of morale0,01
