أثر أبعاد جودة الموقع الالكتروني في تحقيق رضا العملاء -دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر جودة الموقع الالكتروني لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر في تحقيق الرضا لدى العملاء بولاية تلمسان ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام نموذج WebQual المعتمد لقياس جودة المواقع الإلكترونية، ولقد تم توزيع استبيان على عينة الدراسة تمثلت في 272 عميل، ولتحليل النتائج المتوصل إليها تم اعتماد برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS V20. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بمعامل ارتباط بيرسون بلغ 0,953 بين أبعاد جودة الموقع الالكتروني مجتمعة (منفعة المعلومات، سهولة الاستخدام، المتعة والترفيه، التفاعلية) وتحقيق الرضا لدى العملاء، كما بينت الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لأبعاد جودة الموقع الإلكتروني في تحقيق رضا العملاء عند مستوى معنوية α≤0,05. The study aimed to know the effect of the web site quality of the Algeria Telecom Company on achieving clients satisfaction in the wilaya of Tlemcen. To achieve the study goals, the approved WebQual model was used to measure the quality of the websites, and a questionnaire was distributed to study sample represented in 272 clients. To analyze the results, a statistical package for social sciences program SPSS V20 was used. The study found that there was a significant correlation relationship with Pearson correlation coefficient of 0,953 between the dimensions of website quality (Uesfulness, Ease of use, Entertainment, Complimentary relationship) and achieving clients satisfaction. The study also showed a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of the website quality in achieving clients satisfaction is at α≤0,05.
