المسؤولية التأديبية لأعضاء مجلس النواب الاردني في ضوء النظام الداخلي لمجلس النواب لسنة 2013 وتعديلاته

Résumé: يتناول هذا البحث بالدراسة المسؤولية التأديبية لاعضاء مجلس النواب الاردني في ضوء النظام الداخلي لمجلس النواب لسنة 2013 وتعديلاته، وذلك من خلال دراسة تحليلية نقدية لعديد النصوص القانونية التي وردت في هذا النظام، والمتعلقة بتأديب أعضاء المجلس، وقد تناولنا في مبحث أول بيان مفهوم المسؤولية التأديبية لاعضاء المجلس التشريعي واساسها القانوني، قبل ان نشرع في مبحث ثاني ببيان مظاهر وصور المخالفات القانونية التي قد يرتكبها عضو المجلس والجزاءات التي نص عليها النظام لتاديب عضو المجلس نتيجة ارتكابه هذه المخالفة، وقد انتهت الدراسة بنتائج وتوصيات تتضمن ضرورة ان يكون هنالك تدخلاً من المجلس لتعديل النظام الداخلي لمجلس النواب الاردني في ضوء ما تم بيانه. This study addresses the disciplinary responsibility of members of the Jordanian Parliament in the light of the Rules of Procedure of the Chamber of Deputies of 2013 and its amendments, through a critical analysis of the many legal provisions contained in the Regulations relating to the discipline of members of the Chamber of Deputies. In the first topic, we addressed the concept and legal basis of the disciplinary responsibility of members of the Legislative Council, before proceeding with a second topic on manifestations and manners of the legal irregularities that a member may commit and sanctions. The study has concluded with conclusions and recommendations that include the need for intervention by the legislature to amend the rules of procedures of the Jordanian chamber of deputies in the light of the statement.
