تعزيز الاهتمام بالكتاب الرقمي في المكتبات العمومية لتطوير مهارات القراءة لدى الطفل

Résumé: تلعب المكتبات العمومية دورًا حيويًا في دعم التعليم والثقافة، وخاصة في تنمية مهارات القراءة لدى الأطفال، من خلال توفير بيئة محفزة تجمع بين المعرفة والمتعة. فهي تسعى جاهدة لتأمين فرص متكافئة للأطفال للوصول إلى مصادر متنوعة، سواء كانت ورقية أو رقمية، بما في ذلك الكتب الرقمية التي أصبحت وسيلة تفاعلية فعّالة في تعزيز حب القراءة وتنمية المهارات اللغوية والتفكيرية لديهم. ويُعد الكتاب الرقمي ابتكارًا تقنيًا يدمج بين النصوص والوسائط المتعددة (الصوت، الصورة، الفيديو) مما يجعله وسيلة جذابة للأطفال لاكتساب المعرفة بطريقة تفاعلية وممتعة. وتوفر المكتبات العمومية خدمات متعددة للطفل تشمل الإعارة، ورش القراءة، التوجيه، الترفيه، الأنشطة الثقافية والتعليمية، إضافة إلى تمكينه من استخدام الحواسيب والإنترنت، والوصول إلى منصات رقمية تتيح له التعلّم الذاتي. كما خصصت هذه المكتبات فضاءات خاصة للأطفال تحتوي على محتويات أدبية وتعليمية مناسبة لأعمارهم، مساهمة بذلك في بناء عادة القراءة منذ الطفولة. كل هذه الخدمات تجعل من المكتبة العمومية مؤسسة شاملة تؤدي دورًا تعليميًا وثقافيًا واجتماعيًا، يعزز من قدرات الطفل ويؤهله للمشاركة الفعالة في المجتمع. Public libraries play a vital role in supporting education and culture, particularly in developing children's reading skills by providing a stimulating environment that combines knowledge and enjoyment. They strive to ensure equal opportunities for children to access a wide range of resources, whether print or digital, including e-books, which have become an effective interactive tool for fostering a love of reading and enhancing language and thinking skills. The digital book is a technological innovation that integrates text with multimedia (audio, images, video), making it an attractive means for children to acquire knowledge in an engaging and enjoyable way. Public libraries offer various services for children, including book lending, reading workshops, guidance, entertainment, and educational and cultural activities, in addition to enabling them to use computers and the internet and access digital platforms for self-learning. These libraries also allocate special areas for children, containing literary and educational content suitable for their age groups, thereby helping to establish the habit of reading from an early age. All these services make the public library a comprehensive institution that fulfills educational, cultural, and social roles, enhancing children's capabilities and preparing them for active participation in society.
