Résumé: Study summary: The current study focused on the subject of job satisfaction, which is of great importance in the field of organization and management, which is a general indication in determining the level of effectiveness of the performance of individuals within the organization, and the concept of satisfaction is linked to the particular needs and level satisfy them, the actual which generates an effective performance and effective practice and this translates in employee attitudes toward his work and that can not be explained without reference to the knowledge of the factors affecting the determinants and actors it. Therefore, this study was to excite specific problem revolves around and is a key question: What is the reality of job satisfaction for women working in the private sector? The study also contained a major premise is: Job satisfaction for women working in the private sector depends regulatory mechanisms. In addition to the partial hypotheses are: - The nature of the relationship incentives job satisfaction. - The nature of the relationship supervision job satisfaction for women working in the private sector. The study aims to identify the reality of job satisfaction for women working in the private sector. To achieve this goal it has been identified three areas of study, the user approach where the dish quantitative approach has been used study a set of tools for data collection, and the sample was you comprehensive survey of the workers' medical institution and surgical photophobia Ouargla "containing 33 worker, and distributed 33 questionnaire the employees were retrieved all. And after the presentation and the data collected through the questionnaire questions analysis and among the findings of the study in light of the hypotheses that turned out of which to the nature of the incentives do with job satisfaction and medical institution and surgical photophobia, as to the nature of the supervision relationship job satisfaction for women working in the sector private.
