أثر ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة على أداء المؤسسات الإقتصادية من منظور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن -دراسة حالة مؤسسة عمر بن عمر للمصبرات الغذائية -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مدى تأثير ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة على الأداء من منظور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن وذلك من خلال إختبار أربع فرضيات هي أن هناك أثر لممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة على البعد المالي لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن، والفرضية الثانية أن هناك أثر لممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة على بعد العملاء، والفرضية الثالثة أن هناك أثر لممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة على بعد العمليات الداخلية، أما الفرضية الرابعة فهي أن هناك أثر لممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة على بعد النمو والتعلم، وقد تم الإعتماد على الإستبيانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وبعد معالجتها وتحليلها إحصائيا توصلنا إلى أن ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة في مؤسسة عمر بن عمر للمصبرات الغذائية يؤثر على البعد المالي لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن، في حين أن باقي الأبعاد لا يحدث فيها أي تأثير. الكلمات المفتاح : عمليات إدارة المعرفة، الأداء، بطاقة الأداء المتوازن. Abstract: The objective of this study is to examine the impact of knowledge management processes on performance from a balanced performance card perspective by examining four hypotheses: that there is an impact of knowledge management processes on the financial dimension of the balanced performance card; After the clients, and the third hypothesis that there is an impact of the practice of knowledge management operations after the internal processes, and the fourth hypothesis is that there is an impact of the practice of knowledge management processes after growth and learning, the questionnaire was relied upon as a key tool for data collection, Jtha and statistical analysis we determined that the practice of knowledge management at Omar Bin Omar Foundation for Food canned affects the financial dimension of the Balanced Scorecard, while the rest of the dimensions in which any effect does not occur.
