الآليات التشريعية للحماية من السرقة العلمية في الجزائر - قراءة في القرار رقم:933 لسنة 2016-

Résumé: الملخص: أعرض في ثنايا هذه الدراسة لجملة المكانزمات أو الآليات التشريعية المستحدثة قصد مواجهة ظاهرة السرقة العلمية، من خلال ما اشتمل عليه القرار رقم: 933 المؤرخ في: 28 جويلية 2016 الذي يحدد القواعد المتعلقة بالوقاية من السرقة العلمية، الذي نسعى من خلال استقراء نصوصه وتحليلها إلى استخلاص منهج المشرع الجزائري وفلسفته بشأن تعامله مع هذه الظاهرة. I will present in this study a series of innovative mechanisms to counter the phenomenon of scientific theft, through the provisions of Resolution No. 933 of 28 July 2016, which sets out the rules on the prevention of scientific theft, which we seek by extrapolating its texts And analyze them to draw the Algerian legislator's approach and philosophy on dealing with this phenomenon.
