أثر ادارة الكفاءات في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي في شركة اتصالات الجزائر- فرع سوق أهراس

Résumé: تعنى الدراسة بمعرفة أثر ادارة الكفاءات في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي في شركة اتصالات الجزائر-فرع سوق أهراس، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان لجمع البيانات ثم معالجتها بواسطة برنامج SPSS وبرنامج Smart PLS، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة واختبار فروضها. اظهرت نتائج التحليل الاحصائي وجود أثر معنوي لإدارة الكفاءات في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي، وخلصت الدراسة الى عدد من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة اللجوء الى خرائط الكفاءات وتتبعها للتقليل من فجوة الكفاءة بضمان مطابقة كفاءات الموظف مع متطلبات الوظيفة. تصنيف JEL : M51، M53. The study is concerned with knowing the impact of competency management on improving the institutional performance in Algeria Telecom – Souk Ahras Branch, to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was relied on to collect data and then process it by the SPSS program and the Smart PLS program. The results of the statistical analysis showed that there is a significant impact of competency management in improving institutional performance, The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to rely on and track competency maps to reduce the competency gap and match the employee's competencies with the job requirements.
