Résumé: This study aims to assess the impact of human resource information system in the effectiveness of human resources management strategies in each of: recruitment strategy, development and training strategy, compensation strategy and employee performance evaluation strategy. on which we preformed on a sample of oil sector working companies (comparative study between foreign and public companies).where We adopted the case study method for the certified human resources information system analysis. through conducting interviews with human resources management frames and IT managers, To assess the system adopted and the extent of its contribution to the effectiveness of human resource management strategies. We have concluded that public companies have not yet reached the perfect use of human resource information system where its impact shows only at functional level. as we recorded the absence of clear human resource strategies. Which was reflected on human resource management performances that focus on short-term management (one year), Contrary to what we found in foreign companies that adopts developed and well used information systems . human resource information system is considered to be the main tool that contribute to the effectiveness of each of the formulation, implementation and supervision of human resources management strategies.
