العقد الإداري الالكتروني وتطبيقاته في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: الملخص: يعرف العالم اليوم في ظل انتشار شبكة الانترنيت تطورا ملحوظا شمل جميع نواحي الحياة بما في ذلك النشاط الإداري، الذي أصبح يستخدم التقنيات الحديثة وعلى رأسها تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال من أجل تحقيق أهدافه وإيصال خدماته لجمهور المتعاملين ، والعقد الإداري باعتباره من أبرز أعمال الإدارة وكنتيجة لاستخدام هذه الوسائط الإلكترونية للتعاقد ظهر ما يسمى بالعقد الإداري الإلكتروني وهو ما نحاول معرفته من خلال هذه الدراسة من خلال توضيح مفهومه من جهة ، ورصد أهم تطبيقاته في التشريع الجزائري. Abstract The world today knows that in light of the spread of the Internet, a remarkable development has taken place in all aspects of life, including administrative activity, which is using modern technologies, especially information and communication technology to achieve its objectives and delivery of services to the general public. The electronic e-contract is what we are trying to know through this study by clarifying its concept on one hand and monitoring its most important applications in Algerian legislation.
