Résumé: إن موضوع الصحة الحيوانية و ما يثيره من مشكلات قد تعوق دون تحقيق المسعى الحقيقي للبعد الاقتصادي و السياسي و الاجتماعي و الثقافي للتنمية، و لعل من أهم المسائل التي تثار مسألة الترقية في مجال الصحة الحيوانية التي تفرض بدورها حتمية تكريس مبدأ الحماية القانونية و هذا ما سعى إليه المشرع الجزائري من خلال سن سلسلة من التشريعات بتسخير مختلف العناصر الفاعلة في الميدان . الكلمات المفتاحية : الصحة الحيوانية، الخطر ،الحماية القانونية ،العقوبات الجزائية ،التشريع الجزائري . Abstract: The issue of animal health and the problems which raises may hinder without achieving the real aim of economic, political, social and cultural dimension of development. In the context, one of the most important issues that arises is the issue of promotion in the field of animal health, which in turn imposes the imperative to devote the principle of legal protection and this is what he sought The Algerian legislator has, through the enactment of a series of legislations, harnessing various actors in this field.
