دراسة تحليلية حول التّجارة الإلكترونيّة ودورها في تطوير أداء منطقة التّجارة الحرّة العربيّة الكبرى

Résumé: تسعى الدّول العربيّة إلى تعزيز التّكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمي من خلال التّوقيع على اتفاقيّة لإقامة منطقة تجارة حرّة كبرى، في ظلّ ما تشهده السّاحة الاقتصاديّة الدّوليّة من تغيّرات نتيجة التّقدّم الهائل في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتّصالات، وما نتج عنها من انتشار للتّجارة الإلكترونيّة، والّتي ساهمت في نموّ متزايد في حجم التجارّة الدّوليّة. وقد جاءت هذه الدّراسة للنّظر في دور التّجارة الإلكترونيّة في الدّول العربيّة كأداة لتفعيل هذه الاتّفاقيّة وتقييم مدى فعاليتها كآلية لمواجهة التّحدّيات الّتي تعيق تطوير التّجارة العربيّة البينيّة. The Arab countries are seeking to enhance regional economic integration by signing an agreement to establish a major free trade area, in light of the changes that the international economic arena is witnessing as a result of the tremendous progress in information and communications technology, and the resulting spread of electronic commerce, which has contributed to an increasing growth in The size of the international continent. This study came to consider the role of e-commerce in Arab countries as a tool for activating this agreement and to evaluate the extent of its effectiveness as a mechanism for confronting the challenges that hinder the development of intra-Arab trade.
