دور الصكوك الإسلامية في تمويل المشاريع التنموية- التجربة الماليزية

Résumé: ملخص: تنامى الاهتمام بالصناعة المالية الإسلامية بشكل كبير في مطلع القرن العشرين وهذا للبدائل التمويلية التي يوفرها هذا النوع من الصناعة المالية، حيث أضحى التمويل الإسلامي من القطاعات الأكثر نموا في الصناعة المالية عالميا، ومن أهم المنتوجات المالية التي توفرها هاته الصناعة هي الصكوك الإسلامية والتي سنتطرق لها في هذا البحث الذي يهدف إلى بيان دور الصكوك الإسلامية في تمويل المشاريع التنموية مع التطرق للتجربة الماليزية التي كانت سباقة بشكل كبير في هذا النوع من التمويل. تصنيفات JEL : E44, G15, F65, G28, H54 Abstract : Interest in the Islamic finance industry grew dramatically at the beginning of the twentieth century and this is for the financing alternatives provided by this type of financial industry, Islamic finance has become one of the world's most advanced sectors of the financial industry., One of the most important financial products provided by this industry is Islamic SUKUK, which we will address in this research aimed at demonstrating the role of Islamic SUKUK in financing development projects while addressing the Malaysian experience that has been very proactive in this type of financing.
