Résumé: The purpose of this study was to uncover the role of the teachers of physical and sports education to develop the creative thinking of the secondary stage students. The study sample consisted of 70 teachers. The descriptive approach was used in the study and the SPSS version 20 was used. The calculations were done as correlation coefficients, arithmetic averages, (T) for the calculation of differences and then the results obtained from the program were transferred to tables organized according to pure variables. The form was presented to collect the information on a sample of arbitrators and calculate its stability through Alpha Kronbach. The results showed the following: In our analysis of the results of the first hypothesis, there are statistically significant differences for the teachers of physical education and sports in the development of creative thinking skills according to the seniority. We concluded from the results that there are no statistically significant differences between the seniority variable in the development of creative thinking skills from the point of view of teachers; The second hypothesis is that there are statistically significant differences for the teachers of physical education and sports in the development of creative thinking skills according to the pattern of composition. We concluded from the results that there are no statistically significant differences between the variable of the formation pattern in the development of innovative thinking skills from the point of view of the teachers This study shows that there is an effective role for the teachers of physical education and sports in the development of creative thinking skills of students from the point of view of teachers, which depends on the development of the creative thinking of the students does not necessarily depend on the seniority of the professor or its formative and may even exceed other factors In the development of creative thinking skills of secondary stage students from the point of view of the teachers of physical education and sports. In the end, recommendations and suggestions were made.
