Résumé: الملخص: تعد آلية الاستجواب من أهم آليات الرقابة التي يمكن للبرلمان أن يواجه بها الحكومة، كونه يمثل أقصى درجات المساءلة السياسية نظرا لطابعه الاتهامي، وهو الأمر الذي انتهجه المؤسس الدستوري من خلال التعديل الأخير لسنة 2020 حيث اعتبره مدخل طبيعي لإثارة مسؤولية الحكومة وإسقاطها بعدما كان لا يعدو أن يكون آلية استعلامية لجمع الحقائق.
