Résumé: الملخص: تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية من أجل دراسة تحليلية لآلية الاستجواب على ضوء التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020، على اعتبار أنه أصبح بإمكان نواب المجلس الشعبي الوطني على إثره إثارة المسؤولية السياسية للحكومة، على غرار ما هو معمول به في بعض الأنظمة المقارنة، وهو ما يعتبر تحولا مهما في مجال الرقابة البرلمانية في الجزائر. Abstract: In this analytical study, we began the interpellation under the 2020 constitutional amendment, because the new provisions of the latter allow the members of the National People's Assembly to question the responsibility of the Government following the interpellation, idem to some comparative constitutional systems, which represents a great achievement in the field of parliamentary control in Algeria.
