الدور الإستراتيجي لتركيا بالشرق الأوسط على ضوء أزمات الحراك العربي -سوريا أنموذجا-

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال الذي يحمل عنوان الدور الاستراتيجي لتركيا بالشرق الأوسط على ضوء أزمات الحراك العربي –سوريا أنموذجا- إلى البحث في النظريات التي تلعب دورا رئيسيا في تشكيل الرؤية الاستراتيجية لتركيا تجاه الشرق الأوسط، خصوصا منذ تولي نخب حزب العدالة والتنمية مقاليد الحكم في تركيا سنة 2002 وأثر هذه المداخل النظرية على الدور الاستراتيجي لتركيا تجاه الشرق الأوسط منذ بداية الحراك العربي، كما يهدف إلى البحث في الدور الاستراتيجي لتركيا تجاه سوريا التي وقع عليها الاختيار استنادا إلى مجموعة من المحددات. وقد اتضح من خلال ما تم التطرق له في هذا المقال أن العثمانية الجديدة تعتبر المدخل النظري الرئيسي الذي تتحرك وفقه تركيا في استراتيجيتها بمحيطها الاقليمي اضافة إلى مجموعة من الأسس التي أوردها داوود أوغلو في كتابه العمق الاستراتيجي، كما أن هناك مجموعة من المحددات التي تتحكم في استراتيجية تركيا في الشرق الاوسط وقد برز دور هذه المحددات منذ اندلاع موجة الحراك العربي سنة 2011 سيما في سوريا. كلمات مفتاحية: الاستراتيجية، تركيا، الشرق الاوسط، الحراك العربي، سوريا. This article, titled The strategic role of Turkey in the Middle East in light of the crises of the Arab movement - Syria as a model - aims to research the theories that play a major role in shaping Turkey's strategic vision towards the Middle East, Especially since the elites of the Justice and Development Party took over the reins of government in Turkey in 2002 and the impact of these theoretical approaches on the strategic role of Turkey towards the Middle East since the beginning of the Arab movement, it also aims to research the strategic role of Turkey towards Syria, which was chosen based on a set of determinants. It has become clear through what has been discussed in this article that neo-Ottomanism is the main theoretical entry on which Turkey moves in its strategy in its regional environment, in addition to a set of foundations mentioned by Davutoglu in his book Strategic Depth, There is also a set of determinants that control Turkey's strategy in the Middle East, and the role of these determinants has emerged since the outbreak of the Arab movement in 2011, especially in Syria.
