Résumé: الملخص: يعتبر الشرق الأوسط المجال الحيوي الأهم لتركيا بقيادة نخبة حزب العدالة والتنمية، التي مكنت الدولة التركية من إثبات نفسها كقوة اقتصادية وسياسية منافسة لكل من إيران وإسرائيل في المنطقة. وفي السياق ذاته قد شكل الحراك العربي فرصة لتركيا من أجل توسيع نفوذها. غير أن المنحى السلبي للحراك أو ما يمكن تسميته بالثورات المضادة، اضطرها إلى إعادة النظر في مضامين سياساتها، وجعلها تتخلى عن القوة الناعمة لصالح القوة الصلبة. وهو ما يتضح جليا من خلال تفضيلها للأداة العسكرية كحل لحماية مصالحها ووحدة أراضيها. وبالتالي التحول نحو المنظور المصلحي البراغماتي في سلوكها الخارجي وهذا بناء على ما أملته عليها الظروف الإقليمية. وفي هذا الإطار ستحاول هذه الورقة، البحث في مواقف تركيا تجاه الحراك العربي وتفاعلاتها مع تداعياته السياسية التي يشهدها الشرق الأوسط منذ العام 2011. بفعل تغير موازين القوى وبداية تبلور نظام إقليمي جديد في ضوء بروز التحالفات الجديدة، فهذه الأخيرة لها تبعات عدة على الملف السوري ومستقبل العملية الانتقالية في البلاد. :Abstract The Middle East is Turkey's most important sphere, led by the AKP elite, which has enabled the Turkish state to prove itself as a rival economic and political force for Iran and Israel in the region. The Arab movement has created an opportunity for Turkey to expand its influence. However, the negative trend of mobility or what can be called counter-revolutions has led to a reconsideration of the contents of its policies and its abandonment of soft power in favour of coarse force. This is clearly demonstrated by its preference for the military instrument as a solution to serve its interests and territorial integrity, and thus a shift towards a pragmatist reform perspective in its external behavior, this is based .obviously on the dictates of regional circumstances. In this context, this paper will try to search in Turkey's positions toward the Arab movement and interactions with the repercussions of the political crises in the Middle East since 2011. By the changing balance of forces and the beginning of the crystallization of a new regional system in the light of the emergence of new alliances, the latter has several consequences on the Syrian file and the future of the transitional .process in the country
