Résumé: سعى البحث إلى التطرق لموضوع التأمين التكافلي والمخاطر التي تتعرض لها شركات التأمين التكافلي، باعتبارها توفر التأمين المتوافق مع الشريعة الإسلامية، بهدف البحث عن الآليات والاستراتجيات لإدارة هذه المخاطر، خاصة كونها معرضة للمخاطر التي من شأنها التأثير على استقرارها ما ينعكس بالسلب على المساهمين في صندوق التعاون، وللوقوف على هذه الأهداف استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي أجل توضيح كل المفاهيم المتعلقة بالتأمين التكافلي ومخاطره، والمنهج التحليلي من أجل تحليل ودراسة طرق وآليات إدارة هذه المخاطر وتحليل كيف يتم إدارتها في شركة سلامة. تبين أن شركة ســلامة تتعرض للعديد من المخاطر كمخاطر التأمين و إعادة التأمين، مخاطر السيولة وغيرها من المخاطر التي تؤثر على نشاط الشركة، كما تقوم إدارة مخاطر شركة سلامة بوضع الطرق والإرشادات للحد والتقليل من هذه المخاطر بإعادة التأمين أو التنويع. The research sought to address the issue of takaful insurance and the risks to which takaful insurance companies are exposed, as they provide sharia-compliant insurance, in order to look for mechanisms and justifications to manage these risks, especially since they are exposed to risks that will affect their stability, which negatively reflects on the shareholders of the Cooperation Fund, and to identify these objectives we used the descriptive approach to clarify all concepts related to symbiotic insurance and its risks, and the analytical approach in order to analyze and study the methods and mechanisms of managing these risks and analyze how It is managed by Salama. Salama has been found to be exposed to many risks such as insurance and reinsurance risks, liquidity risks and other risks affecting the company's activity, and Salama Risk Management develops ways and guidelines to reduce and reduce these risks by reinsurance or diversification.
