Résumé: التخطيط الإستراتيجي هو تخطيط بعيد المدى يأخذ بعين الاعتبار المتغيرات التي يتم توفيرها عن بيئة المنشأة بما يساهم في تحديد الفرص والمخاطر المحيطة بها ونقاط القوة والضعف المميزة لها ، كما أصبح التخطيط الإستراتيجي بمثابة الحل الأمثل للتحديات التي تواجهها هذه المنشآت وذلك بتطبيق واحترام كل متطلبات التخطيط الإستراتيجي في إدارتها ، ونظرا لما له من أهمية كأسلوب فعال لتحقيق هذا التكيف ، إن نجاح عملية التخطيط الإستراتيجي تعتمد على الطريقة المثلى التي تمارس بها مراحله المتمثلة في (الرؤية ، الرسالة ، التحليل الإستراتيجي وضع الأهداف ، الخيار وتنفيذ الخيار الإستراتيجي) بغية الوصول إلى الأهداف المسطرة وتحقيق النتائج المرجوة Strategic planning is a long range planning that takes into account the variables that are provided within the environment, thus contributing to identify opportunities and risks surrounding strengths and weaknesses. The strategic planning is a perfect solution to the challenges faced by these organizations through the application of and respect for all strategic planning requirements management. Considering its importance as an effective method for achieving this adjustment, the success of the strategic planning process depends on the best practice of its stages (vision, message, strategic analysis, goal setting, choice and implementation of the strategic option) in order to reach the goals and achieve results
