التخطيط الاستراتيجي ودوره في إنجاح إدارة المنشآت الرياضية دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة

Résumé: عنوان الدراسة : التخطيط الاستراتيجي ودوره في إنجاح إدارة المنشآت الرياضية هدف الدراسة : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الجانب العلمي حول التخطيط الاستراتيجي الجيد ودوره في إنجاح المنشآت الرياضية وهذا من خلال توضيح أهمية الإدارة في تطوير المرافق الرياضية لإضافة شيء يسهل سير التخطيط الاستراتيجي . مشكلة الدراسة : هل للتخطيط الاستراتيجي ودوره في إنجاح إدارة المنشآت الرياضية ؟ . الفرضية العامة : للتخطيط الاستراتيجي دور في إنجاح إدارة المنشآت الرياضية . الفرضيات الجزئية : 1- التخطيط الاستراتيجي لعملية التنظيم دور في تحسين تسيير إدارة المنشآت الرياضية. 2- يعتبر التخطيط الاستراتيجي للعنصر البشري مطلبا هاما في نجاح إدارة المنشآت الرياضية. 3- تعتبر الرقابة احد العناصر الفعالة للتخطيط الاستراتيجي في المنشآت الرياضية عينة الدراسة : شملت العينة 30 إداري في مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة . منهج الدراسة : المنهج الوصفي لكونه يعتمد عليه لمثل هذه الدراسة . الأدوات المستعملة في الدراسة : استعملنا الاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانات الإحصائية والمعلومات . أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها : 1- ضرورة تكوين إطارات ذات كفاءة عالية مختصة في التحكم في الوظائف الإدارية لمحاولة تحسين سير المنشآت الرياضية . . 2- ضرورة وجود تنسيق وتعاون مشترك المدير والموظفين لتحسين سيرورة العمل داخل إدارة المنشآت الرياضية . 3- برمجة ملتقيات وندوات علمية ودولية خاصة في مجال التخطيط الإستراتيجي . 4- على المدير انتهاج السبل والوظائف الملائمة للسير الأمثل لإدارة المنشآت الرياضية كلمات المفاتيح: بالفرنسية Mots clés /mlkjnjklmlkj. بالإنجليزية Keywords: pedagogy . play. Social values. the school environmet جاء هذا البحث في فصول . الفصل الأول: تناولنا الإطار العام للدراسة , الذي ضم كل من كلمات الدالة وإشكالية الدراسة وأهدافها وأهميتها وفرضياتها والدراسات السابقة ثم طبقنا التعليق عليها وإبراز مميزات الاستفادة منها وتناول الفصل الثاني: التخطيط الإستراتيجي أما الفصل الثالث: إدارة المنشآت الرياضية الفصل الرابع : فقد حاولنا أن نبرز الدراسات الميدانية للدراسة والتي شملت على الدراسة الاستطلاعية والمنهج المتبع في الدراسة ومجتمع وعينة الدراسة الي جانب أهم الأساليب الإحصائية التي استعملناها في بحثنا من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحث : 1- ضرورة تكوين إطارات ذات كفاءة عالية مختصة في التحكم في الوظائف الإدارية لمحاولة تحسين سير المنشآت الرياضية . . 2- ضرورة وجود تنسيق وتعاون مشترك المدير والموظفين لتحسين سيرورة العمل داخل إدارة المنشآت الرياضية . 3- برمجة ملتقيات وندوات علمية ودولية خاصة في مجال التخطيط الإستراتيجي . 4- على المدير انتهاج السبل والوظائف الملائمة للسير الأمثل لإدارة المنشآت الرياضية توصلت الباحث للعديد من التوصيات أهمها : تحقيق جميع فرضيات الدراسة توصل(ت) الباحث لمقترحات عديدة أهمها : أهم المقترحات يتوقف مردود المنشآت الرياضية على التخطيط الأحسن , سواء كان ذلك تربويا أو رياضيا على نوع الإدارة الرياضية إذ تعتبر الإدارة الرياضية ووظائفها هي السبب الأول و الأخير في إنجاح أو فشل المنشآت الرياضية وعليه خلاصتنا من خلال دراستنا هذه إلى بعض الاقتراحات والتي نأمل أن تساعد في تحسين العمل الإداري داخل المنشآت الرياضية . -ضرورة تكوين إطارات ذات كفاءة عالية مختصة في التحكم في الوظائف الإدارية لمحاولة تحسين سير المنشآت الرياضية . -العمل على تطبيق التقنيات الحديثة من أجل تطوير وإنجاح الإدارة بأتم معنى الكلمة وذلك بواسطة التخطيط الجيد والتعرف على مختلف الوظائف الإدارية وكيفية تطبيقها . - ضرورة وجود تنسيق وتعاون مشترك المدير والموظفين لتحسين سيرورة العمل داخل إدارة المنشآت الرياضية . - برمجة ملتقيات وندوات علمية ودولية خاصة في مجال التخطيط الإستراتيجي . - على المدير انتهاج السبل والوظائف الملائمة للسير الأمثل لإدارة المنشآت الرياضية . كشاف بالفرنسية Faculté :institut des scienes et technologies des activites physques et sportives. The objective of the study: This study aimed to highlight the scientific aspect about good strategic planning and its role in the success of sports facilities and this by clarifying the importance of management in developing sports facilities to add something that facilitates the conduct of strategic planning. Study problem: Is strategic planning and its role in the success of sports facilities management? . General hypothesis: Strategic planning has a role in the success of sports facilities management. Partial hypotheses: 1- The strategic planning of the organizing process has a role in improving the management of sports facilities. 2- The strategic planning of the human element is an important requirement for the success of the sports facilities management. 3- Control is one of the effective elements of strategic planning in sports facilities Study sample: The sample included 30 administrators in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the Wilayat of M'sila.
