التدريس بالكفاءات بين حتمية الإصلاح ومسايرة التنمية

Résumé: إن إصلاح المنظومة التربوية لأي دولة يتطلب إصلاحا في الذهنيات قبل إصلاح التعليم ولكي يتحقق هذا الإصلاح بشكل كامل، كان لابد أن يتحقق الإصلاح في مجالات عدة قبل الوصول إلي المجال التربوي، كالإصلاح الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والإداري والديني ، ومن هنا تقع عملية التأثير والتأثر من خلال الخروج بفكرة تحقيق مشروع تنموي ، وهو ما عمدت إليه الدولة الجزائرية من خلال تطبيق سياسة التدريس بالكفاءات والمستلهمة من المجال الاقتصادي. The reform of the educational system of any country requires reform of the mindset before the reform of education. In order to achieve this reform in full, reform had to be achieved in several areas before reaching the educational field, such as economic, social, administrative and religious reform. To achieve a development project, which the Algerian state has implemented through the application of the teaching policy competencies and inspired by the economic field.
