دور الادارة في استغلال شط العرب

Résumé: ان اهمية شط العرب ليست وليدة اليوم اذ ظهرت منذ بداية حركة الكشوفات الجغرافية واتسعت مكانته حين ارادت بريطانيا البحث عن ممر بحري تربط من خلاله مابين مستعمراتها فأحتلت منطقة شط العرب وسيطرت عليها لاختصار المسافة الى بلاد الشام والبحر الاحمر، ان تعطيل الدور الفاعل والمؤثر لنهر شط العرب من خلال عدم الاهتمام به من الناحية البيئية ومن ناحية الدور الملاحي والنشاط السياحي لسوء ادارة النهر وعدم التخطيط السليم، فالبحث محاولة لايجاد المعالجات اللازمة والفاعلة في حل المشاكل التي يعاني منها وتفعيل دوره واستغلاله بما يتلائم مع اهميته كمورد مائي وممر ملاحي وحيد للعراق على العالم عبر الخليج العربي كلها امور غاية في الاهمية دفعت الى كتابة هذا البحث. The importance of the Shatt al-Arab is not the result of today as it emerged since the beginning of the movement of geographical discoveries and expanded its position when Britain wanted to search for a sea corridor linking between its colonies and occupied the Shatt al-Arab and controlled to shorten the distance the Levant and the Red Sea. The disruption of the active and influential role of the Shatt al-Arab River through the lack of attention to it from the environmental point of view and the role of navigation and tourism activity mismanagement of proper planning trying to find the necessary and effective treatments in solving the problems suffered by the activation of its role and exploitation to fit with its importance as a water resource and a single navigation corridor for Iraq to the world across the Arabian Gulf are very important and prompted write this research.
