سلطات الضبط الاقتصادي ذات الطابع التجاري

Résumé: يتمثل دور الدولة في المجال الاقتصادي في أنها تعتبر عونا اقتصاديا من جهة وسلطة عمومية ضامنة للمصلحة العامة من جهة ثانية ، والفصل بين هاتين الحالتين هو التصور الجديد لمهام الدولة ، وبالتالي انحصار دورها في تكريس المبادئ الدستورية المتعلقة بالحياة الاقتصادية ، لهذا تحرص على ضمان حرية الصناعة والتجارة وتنظيم المنافسة وحماية المستهلك ، ومفهوم اقتصاد السوق لا يعني غياب الدولة رغم انسحابها من التسيير المباشر للنشاط الاقتصادي ومن هنا ظهر مفهوم جديد هو الضبط الاقتصادي الذي اتسع استعماله في السنوات الأخيرة خاصة مع اللجوء إلى إنشاء سلطات الضبط ، فلقد شهدت الجزائر حركة متسارعة في إنشاء هذه الهيئات في كل القطاعات منها سلطات الضبطفي قطاع المحروقات وسلطة ضبط الريد والمواصلات السلكية واللاسلكية. الكلمات المفتاحية : سلطات؛ الضبط ؛التجاري؛ الاقتصادي؛ السوق Abstract: The role of the state in the economic sphere is that it is regarded as an economic aid on the one hand and a public authority that guarantees the public interest on the other hand.
