Résumé: يتزايد اهتمام الاقتصاديين حالياً بالبحث في ظاهرة الاقتصاد غير الرسمي، ويرجع هذا الاهتمام لاعتبار أن الاقتصاد غير الرسمي جزء من الاقتصاد الوطني للدولة، وتعتبر الجزائر من بين أكثر الدول التي عانت وتعاني من ظاهرة الاقتصاد غير الرسمي، فقد انحصرت حصة الشركات المحلية في السوق، وكذا ارتفاع ظاهرة المنتجات المقلدة، وخسارة الخزينة العمومية لمداخيل من جراء التهرب الضريبي. Abstract: Increasingly, economists are interested in researching the phenomenon of the informal economy. This concern is due to the fact that the informal economy is part of the national economy of the country. Algeria is among the countries that suffered and suffers from the phenomenon of the informal economy. As well as the rise in the phenomenon of counterfeit products, and the loss of the public treasury for income from tax evasion.
