التعاون الدولي في مجال الإستعلام المالي كآلية كشفية لمكافحة جريمـة تبييض الأمـــوال في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: ملخص عند اكتشاف البنك لعملیة مالیة تثور حولها شبهة تبییض الأموال أو تمویل الإرهاب، و أن العملیة المالیة غیر عادیة أو لا تستند إلى مبرر اقتصادي فانه یقوم بإجراءات التحقق من العملیة المالیة المشبوهة .وكذا هویة القائم بها وجمع المستندات المتعلقة بها ویفرض علیه القانون اتخاذ مجموعة من الإلتزامات ومنها إخطار خلیة معالجة الإستعلام المالي بصفة فوریة هته الأخیرة التي أعطاها المشرع الجزائري صلاحیات واسعة في إتخاذ التدابیر التحفظیة اللازمة في مواجهة الأموال المشبوهة وكذا إتخاذ إجراءات بالنسبة للأشخاص والكیانات المحددة بما في ذلك . التعاون الدولي في مجال الإستعلام المالي كآلية كشفية لمكافحة جريمة تبيض الأموال Abstract When the bank discovers a financial process revolving around it on suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing, and that the financial process is unusual or not based on an economic justification, it performs procedures for verifying the suspicious financial process as well as the identity of the existing one and collects documents related to it and the law requires it to take a set of obligations, including Notify the financial inquiry processing cell immediately. This last one, which gave the Algerian legislator wide powers to take the necessary precautionary measures in the face of suspicious funds, as well as to take measures with regard to specific persons and entities, including international cooperation in the field of financial information, as a detection mechanism to combat the crime of money laundering.
