Résumé: Summary. : Legislative quality is a goal of contemporary regimes, as it has a positive impact on the entire legal system. However, its achievement is linked to the drafting of good legislation, both formally and objectively. To the extent that legislative drafting is of good quality it will guarantee the right of access to the law, legal certainty, and development. most states agree to have an effective control system to monitor the said quality. this is to control the quality of legislation with a view to ensuring the stability and security of society.
