Résumé: This research aims to determine the extent of the relationship between administrative empowerment and the quality of educational service in universities from the point of view of a sample of professors of the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at Yahya Fares University in Medea, according to a descriptive and analytical approach, where “administrative empowerment” was measured as a variable It is independent with the following dimensions: the administrative dimension and the skill dimension. The dimensions of the dependent variable “the quality of educational service in universities” were also determined to include the quality of office services, the quality of scientific research, the quality of the educational service and the quality of the teaching service.  The research community consists of all professors of the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at Yahya Fares University in Medea, where a random sample was selected from that community estimated at (35) Professor, questionnaires were distributed to them, and (35) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis. The research included a set of null hypotheses, and reached a number of results, the most important of which are: There is approval from (the fourth trend according to Likert scale shown in the second topic of the applied chapter) by the study sample that there is an adoption of the concept of empowerment at the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at Yahya Fares University in Medea from the point of view of the study sample, and this is entirely the axis , As for the dimensions, it was an agreeable degree for the administrative dimension and a neutral degree for the skill dimension.  There is approval by the study sample that the quality of educational service in universities is available, and this is entirely the axis. As for the dimensions of quality of library services, quality of scientific research, and quality of educational service, the responses were neutral, but after the quality of teaching service, the answer was OK.  There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (p≤0.05) for the administrative dimension on the quality of educational service in the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences of the University of Medea, where we obtained a strong positive correlation estimated at 57.1%  There is a statistically significant effect (the skill dimension) on the quality of the educational service at the level (α = 0.05) in the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at Yahya Fares University in Medea, where we obtained a strong positive correlation estimated at 65.4% -There is a statistically significant effect of administrative empowerment on the quality of educational service at the level (α = 0.05) in the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences at Yahya Fares University in Medea. , where we obtained a strong positive correlation of 66.4%. -There are no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) in the administrative empowerment variable due to personal and job data (gender, seniority, age, degree, job title) within the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences of Yahya Fares University in Medea.  There are no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) in the administrative empowerment variable due to personal and job data (gender, seniority, age, degree, job title) within the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences of Yahya Fares University in Medea
