فقه الواقع وأهميته في تنزيل الأحكام ـــ نوازل كورونا أنموذجا ـــ

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية فقه الواقع في تنزيل الأحكام، وقد جاءت في مقدمة، ومدخل، ومبحثين. أما المدخل فخصصته للتعريف بمفردات البحث وهي: (فقه الواقع، التنزيل، النوازل). أما المبحث الأول فأبرزت فيه أهمية الفقه بالواقع في تنزيل الأحكام، موضحا ذلك ببعض الأمثلة، في حين خصصت المبحث الثاني: لإبراز أثر فقه الواقع في تدبير بعض النوازل الخاصة بجائحة كورونا. Abstract: the study aims to highlight the importance of the jurisprudence of reality in the download of judgments, and it came in an introduction, an entrance, and two articles. As for the entry, it was devoted to defining the terms of the research, which are (the jurisprudence of reality, revelation, and calamities). The first topic highlighted the importance of jurisprudence in reality in the download of rulings, Explaining this with some examples, while the second section is devoted to highlighting the impact of the jurisprudence of reality in managing some of the calamities of the Corona pandemic.
