التكييف الفقهي وأثره في نوازل العصر

Résumé: يتمحور الكلام في هذا المقال على مسألتيــن تعدان من مستجدات العصر ومن إفرازات الواقــع وهما: مصطلح التكييف ومصطلح النوازل، نحــاول أن نبرز فلسفة العلاقة بينهما، ودورهما في تنشيــط العملية الفقهية، وإحياء الروح التشريعية لإبراء الذمـة وإقامة الحجة، وتبيّن المحجة، والدعوة للتطوير والتفعيل من خلال فقه الواقع وفقه الواجب لمستجدات العصــر. كلمات مفتاحية: النوازل، الفقه، التكييف، الأحكام، العصر.
