فعالية بعض إستراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة في تنمية دافعية الانجاز لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي

Résumé: الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة فعالية بعض إستراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة في تنمية دافعية الانجاز لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي، حيث افترضنا أن توظيف كل من إستراتيجية التعليم التعاوني و البيداغوجيا الفارقية تساهم في تنمية دافعية الانجاز لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي، فاستخدمنا المنهج التجريبي باعتماد التصميم القبلي و البعدي، و شملت عينة البحث على 40 تلميذ ب 20 تلميذ لكل أسلوب، و لقد توصلنا الى أن التنوع في تفعيل استراتيجيات كل من التعليم التعاوني والبيداغوجيا الفارقية يساهم في تنمية دافعية الانجاز أثناء حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية بالرغبة في تحقيق الفوز والانجازات الرياضية. الكلمات المفتاحية: إستراتيجيات التدريس؛ دافعية الانجاز؛ تلاميذ الطور الثانوي Abstract: the aim of this research is to know som strategies of teaching the new methods in developing the achieaveable motivation of secondary school learners . we supposed that when we function bath . the cooperative teaching strategy and the differential pedagogy in developing the achieveable motivation on the secendary school. we used the experimental method using the predesing and the later one . the search swatch has done on 40 learners. 20 ones far each style . we deduced that the diversity of using the strategies of each the cooperative teaching and the differential pedagogy contribute in developing the achieveable motivation during physical education and sport.
