Résumé: This study aims to measure the impact of the quality of banking service on the satisfaction of the Algerian customer in Algerian commercial banks, and in order to achieve this, a questionnaire was built consisting of six axes covering each axis of the five dimensions of the quality of banking service (concreteness, reliability, responsiveness, security and trust, empathy), the Sixth Axis was devoted to customer satisfaction, and this questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 138 customers of BNA Bank, BADR Bank, BEA Bank, approved agencies, the data of this questionnaire was analyzed using statistical tools through the SPSS package, the programviews. The study found that there is a positive moral impact of the quality of banking service on the satisfaction of the Algerian banking customer, as the dimensions of quality together explain 47% of the change in customer satisfaction with the agencies under study, and the study also found that there is a positive moral impact of each dimension of quality on customer satisfaction, but in varying proportions, as the dimension of concreteness had a very weak impact almost absent, while the dimension of security and trust was the most influential dimension
