الأثار البيئية المترتبة عن الاستخدام العسكري لليورانيوم المنضًب في نطاق القانون الدولي الإنساني وحقوق الإنسان

Résumé: الملخص: يعتبر اليورانيوم المنضب أحد المعادن التي أصبحت تحتل الصدارة في نطاق التسلح ووسائل القتال، اذ أصبح يدخل في تصنيع و انتاج الأسلحة النووية حاليا، و الذي ثبت استخدامه عسكريا من طرف الدول المتقدمة في حروبها ضد الدول الفقيرة، رغم الأثار السلبية الّتي يرتبها استخدامه في حالة النزاعات المسلحة ، ان انتاج تلك الأسلحة (كاليورانيوم المنضب.) و التي أصبحت أثارها لا تقتصر على الأهداف العسكرية فقط، بل ألحقت بالبيئة و عناصرها أضرار وخيمة، وهو ما يشكل اعتداء على الحق في البيئة النّظيفة الّصحية الخالية من مخلفات وشوائب الاسلحة، باعتباره حق يلازم جملة من حقوق ا الإنسان الأخرى ( كالصحة مثلا) هذا من جهة، و من جهة أخرى يشكل اخلالا بالالتزام الدولي بحماية البيئة و عدم إلحاق الأضرار بها زمن الّنزاعات المسلحة .
