قراءة في شروط ممارسة مهنة المرقي العقاري وفقا للتشريع الجزائري
Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال لتسليط الضوء على الشروط التي قررها المشرع الجزائري لممارسة مهنة المرقي العقاري، في إطار القانون 11-04 المؤرخ في 17/02/2011 المحدد للقواعد المنظمة لنشاط الترقية العقارية، وكذا في إطار التنظيم المطبق له. حيث أن مهنة المرقي العقاري مهنة منظّمة تخضع للاعتماد المسبق والتسجيل في الجدول الوطني للمرقين العقاريين، هذا بالإضافة للشروط العامة التي يخضع لها التُجّار . This article aims to study the conditions stipulated by the Algerian legislator to practice the profession of real estate promoter in law 11-04 of 17/02/2011, which is set for the rules governing the activity of real estate promotion, as well as the regulation applied to it. The real estate promoter profession is an organized that is subject to Pre-Accreditation and registration in the national table of real estate promoters, in addition to the general conditions of traders.
