Résumé: The study aims to analyze the extent of the impact of work pressures on job satisfaction at the economic institution Maghreb Ceramics Zawia El-Abidia-Taqourt- during the period from 19 March to 6 April. To collect information, the study was on a random sample of 80 workers, and the data contained in the questionnaire were analyzed by using the Excel program and the statistical program "IBM SPSS STATISTICS22" (based on arithmetic means, standard deviations, Pearson's linear correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression, one-way analysis of variance binary, and the value of Cronbach's alpha reached 75%, which is acceptable because it is greater than the coefficient of 60%. The study reached the most important results and recommendations: • There is no statistically significant effect of the impact of work stress on job satisfaction at the level of 5% in the institution under study, because the level of work stress is weak among the employees of Maghreb Ceramics, due to the nature of the enterprise's activity, because the enterprise's activity does not require a great effort allowance during work; • Creating a reassuring environment characterized by cooperation and team spirit, by appreciating the efforts of workers; • Promoting work to reduce the workload so that the work assigned to workers is commensurate with their capabilities and job descriptions;
