Résumé: إن تطوير الجباية البيئية في الجزائر، جاء كإستجابة لمتطلبات حماية البيئة وتحقيقا لمفهوم التنمية المستدامة، خاصة وأن الإجراءات الجبائية ذات البعد البيئي المطبقة في الجزائر تتمحور أساساً على الإجراءات الردعية المتمثلة في الرسوم البيئية والجباية والضرائب البيئية ...، التي تعد مصدر دخل (إيرادات) للصناديق المهتمة بالبيئة. والتي تم إستحداثها لغرض توفير التعويض الكامل للأضرار البيئية بالإضافة إلى تعويض المتضرر من التلوث في الحالة التي لا يعوض فيها بوسيلة أخرى. The development of environmental taxation in Algeria came as a response to the requirements of environmental protection and to achieve the concept of sustainable development. Especially since the fiscal measures with an environmental dimension applied in Algeria mainly focus on deterrent measures represented in environmental fees, levies and environmental taxes..., Which is a source of income (revenue) for funds interested in the environment. Which was created for the purpose of providing full compensation for environmental damages, in addition to compensating the person affected by pollution in the case where he is not compensated by another means.
