Evaluation Of The Quality Of Professor's Performance Of His Teaching Roles A Field Study At The University Of Batna
Résumé: The current study aimed to identify the level of quality of teaching performance among professor in both (Lecture and applied class) from students point of views, determining the nature of interactions between variables of gender and the specialization and their impact on the level of quality of teaching performance among professor from students point of views. The sample of this descriptive study consisted of (400) students from the University of Batna. The study tool was Teaching Performance Questionnaire consisting of (62) item and includes two dimensions. The results are quality of teaching performance for professor in lecture is low from students’ point of views. Quality of teaching performance for professor in the applied class is low from students’ point of views. There is a statistically significant effect due to gender, and there is no statistically significant effect due to specialization, while there is no interaction due to it, i.e. (the effect of gender on specialization in the level of professor's performance quality and vice versa). The study came out with a set of suggestions
