الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى عينة من عمال الصحة ذوو النمط السلوكي (أ)و (ب) -دراسة ميدانية على عمال الصحة (الطبيين و شبه الطبيين) بولاية ورقلة-

Résumé: ملخص : هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى عينة من الفريق الصحي (الطبي و شبه الطبي) ذوو الأنماط السلوكية (أ و (ب) و معرفة الفروق على مستوى الجنس و السن و الوظيفة. حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة قصدية قوامها (230 فرد) بعدما تم التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للأدوات واعتمدت الدراسة على تطبيق المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، و خلصت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى وجود اختلاف في الاستجابات السيكوسوماتية لدى عينة الدراسة يعزى فيها الاختلاف إلى متغير السن و الجنس، فيما عدا الوظيفة لا توجد فروق بين الأطباء و شبه الطبيين في الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية، و وجود اختلاف كذلك في مستوى الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية تعزى للنمط السلوكي للشخصية لصالح ذوو النمط (ب). الكلمات المفتاح : اضطرابات سيكوسوماتية، نمط الشخصية (أ) و (ب)، عمال الصحة (أطباء و شبه الطبيين). Abstract : the current study aimed at reveal psychosomatic disorders in a sample of the health team (medical and paramedical) with behavioral patterns (A and B) and knowledge of differences in sex, age and function. The present study was based the descriptive approach on sample of (230 persons) after the psychometric properties of the scales. The results of this study that differences in psychosomatic disorders in a sample of the study in which the differences in due to the variable age and sex, except the function there are no differences between doctors and paramedics in psychosomatic disorders, and there is a difference in the level of psychosomatic disorders attributed to the behavioral patterns of the personality in favor of type (B) Keywords : psychosomatic disorders, behavioral patterns (A and B), the health team (medical and paramedical).
