الحماية الدولية لحقوق العمال المهاجرين في إطار منظمة العمل الدولية و الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق العمال المهاجرين و أفراد أسرهم.

Résumé: إنّ عدم اعتراف القانون الدولي بالأفراد كأشخاص قانونيين بصورة كاملة جعل أوضاع حقوق الإنسان عموما تتدهور، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود نظام قانوني دولي متكامل يتكفل بشكل خاص بحماية حقوق المهاجرين المعتدى عليها وخصوصا فئة العمال منهم.أمام هذا الوضع تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية التي تتضمّن محورين: أولهما تم فيه عرض أهم ما جاءت به منظمة العمل الدولية في مجال حماية حقوق العمال المهاجرين أمّا الثاني فيه قراءة للاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق العمال المهاجرين و أفراد أسرهم. The failure of international law to fully recognize individuals as legal subjects has made human rights situations generally deteriorating,as well as the absence of an integrated international legal system that specifically protects the rights of migrants who have been attacked and the category of workers.In view of this situation, this research paper includes two axes: The first was the presentation of the ILO's most important work on the protection of the rights of migrant workers and the second Reading the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of Migrant workers and members of their families.
