خصائص وسمات الاتصال السياسي الرقمي للرئيس الجزائري عبد المجيد تبون دراسة تحليلية لتغريداته على منصة تويتر

Résumé: ملخص: تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على خصائص وسمات الاتصال السياسي الرقمي للرئيس الجزائري عبد المجيد تبون من خلال تحليل تغريداته عبر المنصة التفاعلية تويتر والتي يتوجه بها نحو أفراد المجتمع الجزائري الرقمي. تخوض هذه الدراسة في الخصائص الشكلية لصفحة عبد المجيد تبون من ناحية خصائصها الفنية وأشكال تفاعل الجمهور معها وكذا في سمات الاتصال السياسي الرقمي للرئيس، وذلك عن طريق التحليل الموضوعي للقضايا التي يطرحها وأساليب الإقناع المستعملة في التغريدات والهدف منها وتمت الدراسة عبر تحليل بيانات حسابه الرسمي على المنصة. توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج من أهمها قدرة الاتصال السياسي الرقمي للرئيس عبد المجيد تبون على تحقيق تفاعل قوي مع الجمهور عبر منصة تويتر من خلال استعمال النصوص في تحرير التغريدات التي تصب أغلبها في المجال الاجتماعي والرياضي عبر أسلوب عاطفي يتوجه به إلى جمهور خاص يهدف من خلاله إلى تأكيد الانتماء الوطني. Abstract: This study attempts to highlight the characteristics and features of Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune’s digital political communication by analyzing his tweets on the interactive Twitter platform, which he directs towards members of Algeria's digital society. This study examines the formal characteristics of Abdelmadjid Tebboune’s page in terms of its artistic characteristics and forms of public interaction with it as well as in the features of the president's digital political communication, through objective analysis of the issues he poses and the methods of persuasion used in tweets and their purpose and the study was carried out by analyzing the data of his official account on the platform. The study found several results, the most important of which is the ability of digital political communication of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune to achieve strong interaction with the public through the Twitter platform by using texts to edit tweets, most of which pour into the social and sports field through an emotional method that addresses a special audience aimed at confirming national affiliation.
